She was predeceased by: her parents, Ott Ratcliff and Esther Ratcliff; and her brothers, Charlie, Bob, Carl and Jim Ratcliff.
She is survived by: her husband Paul J. Coburn; her son Tracy White of South Salem; her stepsons, Kevin Coburn (Tanya) of Knoxville, TN and T. Mark Coburn (Rebecca) of Pigeon Forge, TN; and her sister Mable Gillette of Washington, C. H. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
Face coverings and social distancing will be required.
