He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virgil D. Howard and Joy Vest Howard of Chillicothe; his sister Jody Welch (Don) of Chillicothe; his nephews, Cody and Landon Welch; his niece Larissa Welch; his grandmother Aleta Howard of Chillicothe; his son Ayden W. Howard; and his grandparents, Virgil Howard, Wendell and Letress Price. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
