She was predeceased by: her parents, Ophia A. Smith and Marjorie A. Hough Smith; her brothers, Carl and Paul Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie and Geneva Smith.
She is survived by: her brother Neil Smith (Linda) of Colorado; and her children, Chewy and Abby. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews; her two dogs.
