He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Purdum and Ardath Fulton Purdum; and his brothers, Ted and Jerry Purdum. He is survived by: his wife Judy E. Walter; his daughters, Nicole Sleek (Mitch) of Wooster and Lori Purdum of Surfside Beach; his grandchildren, Sydney White (Kevin) of Green Ohio, Olivia Sleek (Logan Ickes) of Wooster, Caleb Cantrell (Chasity Privik) of Hudson and Hayley Sleek of Wooster, Ohio.; his great grandchild Karter Cantrell; and his sister-in-law Cristina Purdum of Arizona.
