He is survived by : his wife Judith Rhinehart; his children, Tracey Taylor (Larry Norris) of Chillicothe, Amy Betz (Ray) of Midland, NC, Tami Brown (Frank) of Chillicothe, Lori Theobald (John Porter) of Chillicothe and Howard Theobald (Donna) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Mary Montgomery, Krystal Taylor, Will Taylor, Matthew Betz, Daniel Betz, Grace Cabaniss, Heidi Cunningham, Chad Cunningham, Shane Theobald, Paul Theobald and Whitney Theobald; his great grandchild Cabaniss; and his sisters, Barbara F. Wilhite of Frankfort and Jean Lane of Frankfort.
