She was predeceased by: her parents, Karen Kay Smalley (Knisley) and Elmo William Smalley, Jr. (Karen). She is survived by: her siblings, Chris Smalley (Maggie), Tiffany Overton (Craig) and Trisha Wiley (Wade); and her uncle Rick Knisley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, and The Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
