He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Detty and Mary E. Spurlock Detty. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Estep Detty; and his children, Christina Carter (Mitch), Randy Detty II, Robert Detty, Latishia Detty-Thomas (Jeff), Maxie Detty, Raymond Detty, Phillip Norman, Erica Norman and Kayla Savage. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; numerous beloved siblings, nieces and nephews.
