He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Burns and Ruth Burns (Sampson); his siblings, Bill Burns, Betty Conley, Marge Wills and Jeanette Oates; and his pets, Ginger and Sammy.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma France; his children, Terre Martin (Paul), Christi Bridenbaugh (Ron) and Tim Burns (Peggie) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Ryan (Karen), Jamie Miles (Ryan), Joe Bridenbaugh and Char McNamara (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Gabby Wharton, Chloe, Petiah, Sophie Martin, Teagan, Sawyer Miles, Macy, Austin Bridenbaugh, Taylor, Caleb McNamara and Ashley Goodling; and his siblings, Jack Burns (Linda) of Chillicothe, Bonnie Burns of Chillicothe and Denise Ramsey (Harold) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by 8 siblings.
