He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William McKinley Betts and Bonnie Lou Guysinger; his great-grandparent Homer Guysinger; and his aunt Heidi Proehl. He is survived by: his parents, Shane Allen and Jessica Betts Lane; his siblings, Jeremy Lane of London, Kendra Wolfe (Trey) of Frankfort, Emily Lane of London, Hailey Lane of Chillicothe and Taya Lane of Chillicothe; his grandfather Stephen Lane of Chillicothe; and his nephews, William and Kenny Wolfe. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
