Shawn Woodfork Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shawn Woodfork of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on September 15, 2021 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Danny Lee Woodfork; his stepfather Sylvester J. Beverly, Jr.; his grandparents, Julie May Tyler, Lewis Tyler, Ivy Hughes and Marvin Woodfork; his close friend Eric Young; his cousin Marvin "Jelly" Woodfork; his sister-in-law Emily Turner; and his aunt Kathy Lyons.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Kay Woodfork (Tyler); his fiancée Tabitha Vest Woodfork; his daughter Kylie Rian Baker; his siblings, Daniel Lee Tyler (Mamie Withrow), Travis Lee Anthony Woodfork and Shawna Dungey; his aunt Brenda Williams (Jeffrey); his parents-in-law, David and Gayla Vest; his niece Dantasia Withrow; and his close friends, Randy Ottabacher, Dominique Hall, Stanley Smith, Kevin Bayless and Sam. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his honor to the Haller Funeral Home.
