He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Murrell; his children, Carol Rector (Ron), Linda Hassen and Sharon Scott (Arlyn); his grandchildren, Jessica Thompson (Jay), Arlyn Scott, Aline Rector, Veronica Rector, Pupaw Thompson of Guinevere and Dade Thompson; and his nieces and nephews, Richard, Jeffery, Gregory, Douglas, Stephen Zink, Mary Kay McClary, Timothy Murrell, Patti Ringsmuth, Debbie Claussen Tomoff, Tina Conley and Michael Schwab.
Memorials may be given to Alzheimer's Association, Hospice of Cincinnati or St. John Fisher Church.
