He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Meyer (Menkhaus); his children, Paul (Judy), David (Kathy), Nancy, Brian, Papa of Audrey, Claire, James and Kyle; his sibling Robert Meyer; and his sibling-in-law Dale Menkhaus (Karen). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
