It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Picard (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on August 30, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his spouse Annmarie Picard; his children, Connie King (Zac), Marc Picard (Vanessa) and Michael Picard (Missy); his grandchildren, Ryan, Adam, Sara King, Joseph Picard, Spencer Picard, Connor, Nolan and Ian Picard; and his siblings, Daniel Picard and Phil Picard.
