He was predeceased by: his child Erik Moore; and his parent Maurice Moore. He is survived by: his spouse Robin Moore; his children, Jason Moore (Keysha) and Megan White (Robby); his grandchildren, Cody, Kylie, Dakota Moore, Erika, Abby and Lincoln White; his parent Reba Welling (Louis); and his friends, Mike and Mark.
