It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Louise Bouldin (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Freddie M. Johnson; her son Terry Dewayne Bouldin; and her grandson Brandon VaShawn Bouldin. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas J. Bouldin Jr.; her grandson Christopher Bouldin; her siblings' children, Dionne, Lil Tony, Tyeste, Daquan, Ka'Mila and Ka'Mora; her children, Kia Lynnette Bouldin and Thomas "Demont" Bouldin; her grandchildren, Christopher Shaquille Bouldin, Tarie Sonia Lyric Bouldin, Kayln Deaira Bouldin and Tomea Lashell Bouldin; her great grandchild Zaiden King Bouldin (Freda Johnson); and her brothers, Anthony Johnson Sr. (Diane), Darrell Johnson and Brandon Ungethuem. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
