She was predeceased by : her parents, William Krigbaum Watkins and Fayetta Lilley Watkins. She is survived by : her husband William Partlow; her brother Bill Watkins (Ruth); her niece Katy Watkins; her nephew David Watkins (Hannah); and her aunt Gail Zwick.
