She was predeceased by: her sibling Wanda Currington. She is survived by: her spouse Thurman Mays; her children, Teresa K. Bohl, Sherry D. Goforth and David S. Mays (Molly); her siblings, Kathleen Johnson, Betty Berry, Stephen Berry and Debra Phillips; her grandchildren, Ashley Goodin, Jessica Bohl, LaRaye Goforth, Nadia Goforth, Xander Mays, Violet Mays and Weston Mays; and her great grandchild Victoria Goodin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
