He is survived by: his spouse Gloria J. Hawkins; his children, Carrie Vincent (John) and Matthew David Hawkins; his grandchildren, Zachariah, Sarah and Daniel; and his siblings, Maureen McLarrin (late Mac), Thomas Hawkins (late Becky), Theresa Foster, Robert Hawkins (Rosemary), Joseph Hawkins (Judi), Maria MacIntyre (Dan) and Michael Hawkins (Marta). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Danny Bloemker Scholarship Fund at Elder High School, 3900 Vincent Ave., Cincinnati, OH, 45205.
