With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David D. Duckworth (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on August 1, 2018 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Don. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Madeline Duckworth and Declan Duckworth; his mother Carolyn Duckworth; his brothers, Kent Duckworth and Don Duckworth (Leigh); his brothers-in-law, Michael McGing (Diana), Austin McGing and Jim McGing; his siblings' children, Sarah Rowland (Phillip), Megan McGing, Emily Hickerson (Jeff), Ellen Duckworth, Sean McGing, Evan Duckworth, John Duckworth and Mac Duckworth; and his great-niece Charlotte Hickerson.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Clovernook Center for the Blind or the Cincinnati Irish Cultural Society.
