He was predeceased by: his spouse Leona Hamilton; and his daughter Barbara Belzer. He is survived by: his children, Pam Bauer, Brad Belzer (Ginny) and Pat Belzer (Kathy); and his siblings, Mary Burvial, Lee Berghius and Ann Carroll. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
