She was predeceased by : her parents, Cressie Bayer and John Bayer; her spouse Thomas H. Lewis; and her sister Barbara Bushman. She is survived by : her children, Patricia Vance (Ray), Thomas Lewis, Jr. (Araceli), Sheila Lewis, Sherry Heinecke and Dr. Christina Lewis; her grandchildren, Kara Vance, Dr. Amber Angles (Scott), Jacob Vance, Jared Lewis, Joshua Lewis, Jennifer Holley, John Heinecke, Jr. and Hunter Lewis; her great grandchildren, Nikolai Holley, Keira Lewis, Landon Lewis and Josie Angles; and her siblings, Milton Bayer (Cathy), Ray Bayer and Fay Daugherty.
