He is survived by : his son Anthony Kolks; his siblings, Peggy Martini, John 'Ace Kolks, Mary Hempelman, Carole Henn, Marcie Holbrook (Dave) and Dick Kolks (Diane); and his brother-in-law Bill Procaccino. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
