She is survived by: her husband Howard "Bo" Baxter; her children, Judy Belew (Frank), Terry Baxter (Kathy), Gerry Peters (Jim) and Rose Speier (Bob); and her brothers, Matz Racke, Andy Racke and Charlie Racke. She is also survived by grandchildren; 17 cherished great-grandchildren and 2 treasured great-great grandsons.
