Leggett (Collins) of Manchester, KY, Paul Collins (Pricilla) of Cincinnati, OH, Betty J. Zink (Collins) of Cincinnati, OH, Phyllis A. Glenn (Collins) of Milford, OH and Venedia G. Hill (Collins) of Amelia, OH. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
