It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Craig McIntosh (Cincinnati, Ohio), born in Edgewood, Kentucky, who passed away on December 19, 2019, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Glenn McIntosh. He is survived by : his mother Joyce; his stepfather Jimmy Tippitt; his siblings, Andrea Atkins (Scott) and Brian McIntosh (Kym); and his daughters, Rylee McIntosh, Camryn McIntosh and Michelle Prewitt. He is also survived by children, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
