He is survived by: his spouse Barbara; his children, Ross (Stacy) and Lee (Alison); and his grandchildren, Amy Bushman, Emma Bushman, Cooper Bushman, Carson Bushman and Addyson Bushman. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
