He was predeceased by: his parent Jenny; his stepfather Norbert Riede; his siblings, Jerry Cummins and Jennifer Lynn Tinch; and his niece Maria Schwaller.
He is survived by: his parent John Cummins; his siblings, Lucille Schwaller (Paul), Lisa Hartman (Randy), Lucia Riede, John Cummins Jr and Jeff Riede; his brother-in-law Mike Tinch; his nieces and nephews, Christina Arnsperger, Ashley Burch, Courtney Morgan, Ali Tinch, Spencer Schwartz, Morgan Schwartz, John Schwaller, Blake Hartman and Joshua Tinch; his close friend Jacqueline Brook (Dave); his stepdaughter Jennifer Pollit; and also Nathaniel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
