He is survived by: his spouse Gloria Durig (Jafrate); his children, Heidi Jr., Heiby Jr. of Zanesville and James Durig Jr. of Cincinnati; his brother Robert Durig Jr (Mariann); his sister-in-law JoAnn Smith of Wheeling, WV; and his granddaughter Anna Heiby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
