He is survived by: his spouse Barbara; his children, Tina Lyons (Mike) and Ed Eiswerth; his parent Evelyn Eiswerth; his parent-in-law Marguerite Suckling; and his siblings, Wayne Eiswerth, Elaine Harvey, Bern Eiswerth, Gary Eiswerth, Mary Jo Leonard and Dolly Eiswerth.
