He is survived by: his children, James "Jimmy" Aaron Saffell (Wendy) of Cincinnati, Scotty Saffell of Wooster and Nicole Renee Saffell of Alabama; and his sisters, Carol Williamson, JoAnn Nelson (Joe) and Vyvyan Sullivan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
