He is survived by: his sons, Benjamin Cholkas (Courntney Steele) and Adam Cholkas (Rachelle Blaine); his grandchildren, Nikolai B. Cholkas and Paige B. Cholkas; his siblings, Maria Butler, Agnes Cholkas (Mark Bingle) and George Cholkas (Micki); his stepmother Amy Cholkas; and his former wife Paula Cholkas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
