She was predeceased by: her spouse John A. Sagel; and her sibling Mary Lou Tich. She is survived by: her children, John Sagel (Carol), Joan Jostworth (Steve), Joseph Sagel (Sally) and James Sagel; her grandchildren, Gina (Jim), Jay (Cynthia), Jeff (Susan), Steven (Amanda), Kim (Gary), Kerry, Andrew, Joseph (Cassie), Dominic and Natalie; and her sibling Dolores Franecki. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association .
