He was predeceased by: his parents, George Waters and Thelma Waters; his brother Timothy Waters; and his former wife Katheryn Tapp Waters. He is survived by: his children, Olivia and Dylan Waters; and his sisters, Kathleen Rauck (Tom), Abigail Herin (Steve), Jennifer Lyon (David) and Rebecca Waters. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Indian Mound Cafe (5226 Montgomery Rd, Norwood, OH 45212).
