He was predeceased by : his parents, Doctor "Doc" Banks and Georgia Banks; his spouses, Juanita Banks and Pat Banks; his son Jeff Banks; and his sister Carol Banks.
He is survived by : his children, Kurtis Banks (Mary), Dianna Cook (Michael) and Keith Banks (Angie); his grandchildren, Tim (Brandi), Michael, Kandice, Eddie, Katelynn and Kortaney; and his great grandchildren, Faith, Hope, Adalynn and Amara.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
