He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hobbs and Ethel Hobbs. He is survived by: his spouse Bonnie R. Hobbs; his children, Cathy Hoelle (Tom), Frank Hobbs (Rhonda) and David Hobbs; his grandchildren, Scott Hoelle (Beth), Stacy Malarski (Josh) and Josh Hobbs (Ashley Wilke); his great grandchildren, Seth, Olivia, Emma and Paisley; and his sibling Wilma Moore.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Down Syndrome Association.
