She was predeceased by: her spouse James Wells; her child Leslie Jr.; and her grandchild Allen Ray. She is survived by: her children, Donald Powell, Elizabeth King, James, Allen and Randy Powell Smith; her grandchildren, Kelly Ray, Matthew Ray, Amy Ray, Holly Ray, Leslie Ray, Kimberly Ray and Becky Ray; William Smith.
