He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bryant Harper; his children, Michael Harper (Tammi), Joe Harper (Malia), Dave Harper and Amanda Zaydman (Mark); his siblings, Barbara Ann Harper and Rosemary Neeley (Rick); and his grandchildren, Mandy, Megan, Nohea, Nakoa, Mahealani, Eleanor and Noah.
