It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Church (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on June 16, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Robert A. Church Sr.; and her children, Barbara A. Smith, Susan L. Rahe, John W. Church (Nancy) and Robert A. Church Jr.. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the S.P.C.A.
