He was predeceased by: his grandfather Larry Lay. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Myers and Casey Lay; his stepfather Jason Yaczik; his grandparents, Lisi Lu, David, Donna Myers and Cyd Gardner; his siblings, Carson, Emma, Maddi, Wesley, Layla, Caleb, Kaylee, Kiera and Zachary; his aunts and uncles, Tersia, Barry, Jason, Christopher Marksberry, Shawna Evers (Michael), Gena, Terry, Heather Gregory, Carrie Klug (Maxwell), Eric, Rachel Myers, John, Jaime Quigley, Michael Shane, Alex Shawn Ball, Robyn Hathaway and Emily Akil; and his cousins, Karson, Kendall, Madison, Ally, Destiny, Abbigail, Austin, Tyler, Griffin, Kayla and Legend.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Homes (177 W Main St, Amelia, OH 45102). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
