She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Spreen and Alma Spreen (VanConey); her brother Charles Spreen Jr.; and her significant other Howard Whitson. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Sharon Spreen; her aunt Jean Brumfield; her nephew Greg Spreen; her niece Stephanie Spreen Henderson of Tucson, Arizona; and her cousins, Robert Gary Spreen (Joy) of Mason, Virginia Kay Spreen Casey of Cincinnati, Patricia Marlene Spreen Hotchkiss (Denny) of Milford and Jim Story (Elaine) of Florida. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and cousins.
