He was predeceased by: his former wife Aphrodite Cholkas (Chamas); and his brother George Cholkas. He is survived by: his wife Amy Cholkas (Fetherland); his children, Maria Butler, John P. Cholkas, George Cholkas (Micki) and Agnes Richards; his grandchildren, Nicole, Nicholas, Alexander, Alexis, Lynne, Adam and Ben; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Ethan, Abby, Kolten, Griffin, Dominic, Jackson, Kyra, Hailey, Nathan, Giavanna, Scarlet, Arian, Nikolai and Paige.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Trinity St. Nicholas Church.
