He was predeceased by: his brother Bill (Jean); and also Francis. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary "Rosie" Mosley; his children, Gary Mosley and Chris Mosley; his brother Jack (Bonnie); and his grandchild Ethan Mosley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Richard to Hospice of Cincinnati.
