He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara S. Phillips; his children, Sally Flesner (Mike), Elizabeth Ginn (Bill), Leslye Federmann (late Dan) and Nancy Phillips (late Tim Tilk); his grandchildren, Allyson (Mike), Collin, Meaghan (Nathan), Josh, Trevor (Maria), Katherine, Kyle (Danielle), Austin (Payton), Lindsey and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Ames and Connor; and his siblings, James Phillips (Pat) and Joann Parker (Richard).
