He was predeceased by: his brother Ronnie White; and his mother Lois White. He is survived by: his siblings, Lee White (Bev), Debbie White, Jennifer Barnes (Brad) and Jerry Thompson; his children, Eric White and Elizabeth White; his niece Emily; and his pets, Pugsly and Betty Lou. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
