Rita M. Penny Obituary

She was predeceased by: her daughter Sandra Pel (Titus) of Cincinnati; her parents, Hubert Waits and Nettie Waits of Greenbush; and her sisters, Opal Bingaman and Phyllis Ritt.
She is survived by: her husband James Richard Penny "Jim"; her children, Crystal Parks (Butch) of West Chester, Randall (Dawnalyn) of Cincinnati and Robert (Joan) of Cincinnati; and her grandchildren, Tiffany, Wende, Amber, Jamie Lynn, Courtney, Jenna, Randi Ellen of Jessie, J. T., Jeshua and Marisa. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Open-Door Mission c/o Northern Hills Christian Church, Hospice of Southwest Ohio or Bless The Badge Ministries.
