She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas W. Gibbons; and her parents, Raymond Weinle and Evelyn Craig Weinle. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Gibbons; her brother William Weinle (Karen); her siblings-in-law, Jacqueline Flege (late James), Pamela Gibbons and Terry Gibbons (Theresa); her cousin Terry Freese (Carl); and her close friend Janet Hahn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Rose's name to Hospice of Cincinnati.
