He is survived by: his spouse Audrey DeBlasis; his child Danielle Phillips (Mark); his siblings, Rick DeBlasis (Lisa), Mike DeBlasis, Karen Ricci, Lori Blaser, Lorraine Irwin (Greg), Linda Hudak, Mary Phillips and Elaine Kless (Larry); his parent Robert DeBlasis (Kathy); his parent-in-law Marilyn Bailey; and his sibling-in-law Phillip Bailey (Lynn).
