He is survived by: his spouse Juanita Raines; his children, Thomas Raines, Amanda Raines (Curtis) and Jennifer Raines; his stepchildren, Kerri Wallace (Artie) and Stacy Philpot; his grandchildren, Meranda, Arthur, Brianna, Cavin, Elijah, Mia, Sophia, Kailey, Khloe and Ava; and his siblings, Pat Rafford (Dean), Billy Raines (June), Terry Raines (Doris), Nancy Drees (Tracy), Eddie Raines (Brenda) and Clayton "Audie" Raines. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
