He was predeceased by: his sisters, Vicki Kamp and Jeannie Kamp. He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Kamp; his stepdaughters, Daun M. Moubray and Margret A. Moubray; his stepgranddaughter Kelsea Moubray of Sophia Hymer; and his siblings, Michael Kamp (Didi), Linda Kamp, Laurie Kamp, Susan Kamp, John Kamp (Pam), Deborah Kamp and Robert Kamp. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
