He was predeceased by: his husband Barbara Frazier. He is survived by: his spouse Brigitte; his sibling Susan; his children, Michael (Joanne), Sarah, Nancy (Fred) and David (Patricia); and his sibling's children, Barbara, Tom (Diana) and Roger. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many cherished friends.
